    Is there a minimum age for treatments?
    Guests of The Spa at Sharq Village must be at least 18 years of age, including for use of the fitness center. Salon services are available for guests of all ages.
  • What if I am late for my appointment?
    What if I am late for my appointment?
    Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private events require 48-hour notice. A credit card number is required at the time you book your treatments.

    The Spa at Sharq Village accepts all major credit cards. You may also charge Spa services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.

    Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion, and should reflect your satisfaction with the services of The Spa at Sharq Village.

    Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?
    The Spa at Sharq Village offers the services of a reservation department and membership concierge who have a thorough understanding of all treatments and memberships on offer. The Reservation Department will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your treatments.
     
  • What if I have special health considerations?
    What if I have special health considerations?
    Please notify our reservations agents when booking your treatments if you have any sort of medical condition of which we should be aware, such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, pregnancy or ongoing chemotherapy treatments. If you have any concerns, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

    While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed when visiting The Spa at Sharq Village. Please notify our reservations agents upon making your appointments in case of pregnancy so that they can offer guidance.
     
  • Should I shave before a treatment?
    Should I shave before a treatment?
    Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
     
  • What about my jewelry and valuables?

    If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in our facilities and a key will be given to you upon arrival. Please note that The Spa at Sharq Village is not responsible for any loss of personal items stored in the lockers.

    The Spa at Sharq Village welcomes walk-in guests upon availability. However, as one of the best luxury spas in Doha, our treatments and facilities are in high demand hence we do recommend making your appointment at least 3 days in advance.     For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you relax in our lounges, saunas, steam rooms, mineral baths and other stunning facilities. Additionally, we proud ourselves on tailoring your treatments to you. By arriving early, you will be able to share more information with us and your therapist to make the most of your personal spa experience.

    What about my comfort and preferences?
    This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify the therapist of any preferences you may have and our team will be delighted to adapt. We request that cell phones and pagers be turned off during your visit to The Spa at Sharq Village.

    How will my spa treatment end?

    Each of the 23 treatment rooms at The Spa at Sharq Village is equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Most treatments and packages include a brief period where you will be left alone to enjoy your shower or bath. Fresh disposable underwear will be provided for your use after bathing. Guests having a spa treatment are also welcome to use our facilities including relaxing areas, steam rooms, saunas and Jacuzzi upon availability following their appointment.
